Brick face built to the architect's elevations. Sample panel signed off, brick stack ordered to suit, pointing pattern and colour agreed before the wall is closed.
Dense or thermal block inner skin with cavity insulation. Vapour control and wall ties to spec. Cavity closers at openings, cavity trays at floor levels.
Trade rates for developer work, with a written programme tied to the main contractor's critical path.

Yes. All brickwork is built to BS 8000-3 (workmanship on building sites, masonry) with sample panels and inspection records kept for the warranty provider.
Yes. For any new-build contract we provide a method statement and risk assessment before mobilising. CSCS cards for all operatives on site.
Yes. New-build brickwork is routinely inspected by the warranty provider (NHBC, LABC, ABC+, etc.) and we work to their respective standards.
