Garden walls, boundary walls, brick face on extensions and new builds. Foundations dug to depth, DPC laid, courses lined off a string, weep holes set. From a single garden wall up to full new-build brick face, the same standard either way.

Foundations to coping. Single skin, cavity, or piered. Set to your boundary line with the right brick and the right pointing to match the rest of the property.
Engineered retaining walls for terraced gardens and driveways. Drainage built in behind, weep holes set, levels stepped to suit the gradient.
Outer skin on cavity-built extensions, matched to the existing house brick and bond. Soldier courses, plinth detail, header courses and band detail to drawings.
Full new-build brickwork to spec. Trade rates for developers and self-builders. Brick samples agreed, panels built for sign-off before the rest of the elevation goes up.

For domestic boundary walls and extensions, normally 600 mm wide x 300 mm deep concrete strip with mesh, sat on undisturbed ground or hard core. We dig to whatever depth Building Control requires for the soil type.
For brickwork on or near a shared boundary we will advise on Party Wall Act notices. If your project needs surveyors, we work with the surveyors your architect introduces.
